Another journey to southern Peru is in the books for RMLBC. I (Pastor Jason) never cease to be amazed at how our great God uses our small church to make a gospel-centered difference in a place so far removed from our central Alabama home.

On Friday, June 19, over half of our church family gathered for a night of pure fun. We ate top-notch food, including savory BBQ and other meats and an ice cream bar, and we brought some friendly competition around the ping pong tables. Congratulations to Tyler Colvin for his big win in the ping pong tournament. He had some pretty serious competition, especially from one of his own boys, but he managed to secure the victory with his cat-like reflexes and unstoppable spin shot

As a pastor, so much of my joy comes from watching the story of our congregation unfold and telling that story. It is a story of a people worshipping Christ together, serving in ministry together, and living life together. Ultimately, it is the story of God's faithfulness.
